Gray Property is founded by Paul Earl Gray, an entrepreneur and operator who learned early that a home is more than an address—it is the platform people use to rebuild, work and move forward.

By his mid-twenties, Paul had managed 21 apartment units. That practical experience now shapes a property business that takes ownership seriously: good spaces, clear standards and service that respects the people on both sides of the agreement.
